Pat Lichter
After working in IT management for 16 years at the Telephone Company now known as Quest, Pat decided to take a buyout and in 1985 he decided to try his hand in real estate. He had an opportunity to become one of the partners in a brand new company called ERA Partners In Progress. In only 3 years ERA PIP grew to the 5th largest real estate company in Omaha and had many suitors. The partners decided to name a price and see who was willing to work with them. In 1988, NP Dodge Real Estate bought ERA PIP and it has been a great relationship. Pat has been a multi-million dollar producer from the very start and truly loves helping people find their dream home.
Pat has made it a priority to be an expert in many areas, including; new construction, acreages, land, existing homes, as well as commercial real estate. Pat enjoys designing a new home to suit your specific needs and is proud that he designed the "Pick of the Parade" for a MOBA "Street Of Dreams". As a Broker, Pat believes that he should be efficient in all aspects of real estate and furthers that commitment by being licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa. He feels especially lucky to have Linda as his life partner as well as in real estate. They have always worked with the highest of integrity and insist that everyone on their team does so as well.
Pat has always had a strong commitment to the community with quite a variety of service organizations. At 21 years of age, Pat joined the Jaycees and server in nearly all the offices on a local, state and national level culminating as National Vice President and National Chaplin of the USJCI Senate. Pat served for 19 years on the "Millard Days Committee", has been an active member of the Millard Lions Club for over 15 years including it's President, he was also President of the I-80 Cosmopolitan Club and has been active there for over 16 years, is a member of the Diamond K Kiwanis Club, the Miloma Masonic Lodge, Tangier Shrine, and was one of the founders of Tangier Corvette Club and a past President.
